Catching Up

Boy it seems like there has been alot going on now that i look through all our pictures. I thought I would start with the holidays and go from there.

Grandma and Grandpa Rose got back from their missions in equador. They had 7 new grandchildren to meet. Dax was one of them.
So exciting to have them back.
We got this buggy thing (still not sure what the official name of it is) but we took it out for a ride one night when it was snowing like crazy. So fun to slide through the streets and in parking lots. It brings a whole new meaning to doughnuts :) We deffinately had to bundle up. My face was completely covered.
Of course we celebrated Christmas. This was our little guys first Christmas.
Grandma Jensen (my mom) gave him this awesome bike that he can ride and I can push him. When he gets older he can ride it by himself. I cant wait until it gets warmer outside so we can take this baby out.  Love those cute little teeth. He now has six of them with the 7th coming in.

This was kindof a funny story. We saw Santa walking down the street in Logan after we celebrated our friends first birthday party (Max). We invited him in and had a chat with a few pictures with the kids. Im so glad we were able to get a picture with santa. he was so nice and gave the kids a bag full of goodies. Dax doesnt have any problems taking pictures with santa/strangers :) Not sure he ever will kindof a scary thought.

Family photo shoot

Tickling dax to get him to laugh.

Love those candids  they are always my favorite!

Dax is so cute in this one.

These are some of my favorites of all of us. It was hard to get one where Dev and I both looked good without Dax having a "im teething" grumpy look (oh brother timing is everything)

Somehow we managed to get some of the cheeziest smiles out of this little guy. These are hands down my favorites of him! He is so adorable!

New Family Member

Meet Crew our new little guy.

He's definately got some spunk to him. We werent really planning on getting a puppy so soon, once we started looking we decided that Annie needed to stop being such a couch potatoe and get back to having a playmate. Also its much easier to potty train when its good weather outside, i thought it would be a good idea to do it before winter came.

Annie at first was a little annoyed by him because he is an annoying little puppy always wanting to play, but she warmed up to him pretty quick. He has no problem trying to boss the other pooches around.
And of course we got him a reflector collar so we can avoid him blending into the darkness.

Yesterday I took Dax for a walk to Grandma and  Grandpas. Crew couldnt figure out the leash and I basically drug him the whole way. On the way back I put him in the basket and he slept. So Cute!

We have found out that Dax loves the dogs.
He takes after his mamma.

Of course he couldnt resist trying to put him in his mouth.

So far so good. he has been great at potty training and we are glad that we have him. He is such a cute little guy.

Congrats Chase and Mckell

Chase and Mckell are pregnant woohoo. We are so excited!

Im proud to say that right when she walked in I knew what was up. Who wears a shirt like this just for fashion. My parents however it took them a bit longer. Way to go Chase guys!

Summer Shenanigans

I thought I would highlite a few of the things that we did this summer. Since it flew by so quickly,
I cant believe Fall is already here!!
Most importantly Devin and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary

Look at what a hotty Devin is i am so lucky.
What an amazing man!

We took Dax swimming a couple of times. what a stud!
We also had peach days

Dax with Grandma
Dax and Gramps
he slept pretty much the whole time during the parade. It was a cold day!

We took Dax to Toy Story 3 with my family. He sat in his car seat which sat in the movie chair. He was in aw at how big the screen was. He was pretty much just hypnotized by it at first.

We celebrated my mom and dads birthdays.
Yes my dad got a side by side for his birthday......Um spoiled? Yeah I think so! We had alot of fun riding it up at the ranch too.

This is the cabin at the Ranch. Lots of memories growing up there like my brother getting pooped on by one of the cows :) when he was really litte like staying there when we were little or helping grandpa turning the hay bails over in the fields and branding cows.

We also saw alot of cool things there. Alot of neat history at the Ranch like this old well.

This is a look inside of it.

Mckell and I were a little bit too fascinated with this discusting catface spider. This was the closest picture we could get of it. Ewwwwwwww it just makes me shiver. I absolutely loathe spiders. Isnt it HUGE! YUCK!!!!!!!

This used to be a school, it was on another property that we drove by. I liked all the windows, and the cool porch.

Maybe im strange but i get fascinated with anything old that might have a neat story to go along with it. Chase took me for a ride on the side by side and we drove around looking at all these old shacks and things that are on the property. I just wandered what this may have been used for. A house? or just a shed? There was another shack that was about this size maybe a little bigger that once housed a family of 12 kids...what? My grandpa told that story when I was young and im still fascinated by how a family could live so squished simple? :)

This is an old gold mine that is also on the property. I wandered how deep it went.

The boys had fun shooting at targets.

And we had fun playing with Dax.

Today I am taking care of a sick little boy. Although he seems to be doing better today. Lastnight however he wasnt so much. This was him lastnight when I was feeding him right after we discovered that he might have a little pink eye. Alot of rubbing the eyes and face followed which meant alot of mess during feeding time. Grandma had to change her close after. Sorry Grandma. :)

What a funny little guy.
